Set Construction Crew

Works with the Set Designer to construct sets as needed for the show. Includes painting and other creative aspects of set construction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Crew is expected to use best safety practices when working on a set. This includes using eye and ear protection, setting up guards and safety devices correctly when using power tools, wearing close toed shoes and appropriate clothing, and using ladders safely.  

Expectations

• Director and lead Production Team members will communicate on a consistent basis.
• You will be treated with respect and dignity by all production staff, administration and other volunteers, and we expect the same from you.  
• All concerns and conflicts will be resolved through the Concern Resolution Path (see Production Manual).
