Movie Premiere: The DJ on Wallaker Hill

See the first public screenings of Rich Brauer's new movie! It's Christmas Eve, 1963, and a winter storm rages outside a small wilderness AM radio station in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The station's only staff on this night, the DJ whose shift lasts until midnight, just wants to put in his time and go home. But things change when he gets a visit from a man who claims to be the telephone repairman, and the visitor does not seem in any hurry to leave. There had been a report of an escaped convict, but why would anyone come to this God forsaken place? The drama that follows within the cramped walls of the station unravels the challenge that making the distinction between citizen and criminal can be a difficult and perhaps impossible task. The film lasts 90 minutes. Please stay for a Q & A with Rich Brauer and some cast and crew after the film. Watch the Movie Trailer Here Tickets are $10, general admission.
