Contact Preferences
If you are not receiving informational emails from Old Town Playhouse, please check your Contact Preferences to make sure you have authorized us to send you those emails. To do this:
- Visit the Ticketing website.
- Click or tap Login at the top of the page and log in with the email address provided in your orders or volunteer information.
- The Login link at the top of the page should change to My Account. If it does not, click Login again. Once it reads My Account, click that link. The My Account page appears.
- Click Contact Preferences, then review the options shown. If I would like to receive emails from Old Town Playhouse says No, then you will not receive any informational emails from OTP.
- If you would like to change your preference, click Edit Contact Preferences. The edit form appears.
- Ensure the box next to
